Keiko Hirasawa

Keiko Hirasawa is a Japanese artist, ceramicist based in Kasama, Japan. Her work largely focuses on daily functional ware.

Keiko uses a mix of Kasama clay along with traditional Kasama glazes. Her work focuses mainly on wheel throwing along with experimenting in layering different glazes to achieve interesting effects. Keiko fires her work in a gas kiln up to 1250 degrees.
